Andrew works at the University of Otago tending a collection of microscopes. In a previous life he studied plant physiology and has wistful memories of such planty things. Wine starts with a plant - close enough!
Zoe Patterson Ross (Australia)
Zoe studied biochemistry and genetics at the University of Sydney and loved every minute of it. After some sweet escapades in Europe, she was lured to Otago by the promise of fine Pinot Noir. Spends her time writing and dreaming of being on the road again.
Tom McFadden (USA)
